1.  Drive the clinical direction of the agency including supporting all programs and services in clinical service delivery and enhancement of impact through clinical supports and integration into programming. 

2.  Train staff in evidence-based practice clinical models, intervention strategies and techniques. 

3.  Ensure a foundation in clinical best practices in all service lines throughout the agency, maximizing program impact and individual service delivery. 

4.  Recruit, train and evaluate designated staff.  Maintain continuous assessment and provide ongoing feedback to staff regarding their performance.  Complete written performance evaluations as required. 

5.  Monitor process, procedure, and documentation ensuring that all program content and staff documentation complies with Medicaid, Medicare, Funding Source and CARF standards.  Modify or develop new procedures as warranted by changes in governing standards. 

6.  Work with representatives from various community organizations to develop and maintain the program’s responsiveness to the needs of the consumers. 

7.  Review the services provided and recommend to Administration program revisions in response to changing participants and staff needs. 

8.  Market services to individuals, families and other stakeholders to increase the number of participants in the program. 

1. Oversee the Supports Coordination Department Program Manager, including:

1. Review of systems of service provision and compliance.
2. Monitoring of impacts and outcomes, including development of process improvement when necessary
3. Responsibility for program development and administration, including marketing, staffing development and fiscal management.
