About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate, experienced leader to guide our Supports Coordination team. In this role, you’ll ensure that every service we provide meets the highest standards of quality, complies with Michigan Mental Health Code, and reflects our unwavering commitment to person-centered care. You’ll mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team while collaborating with community partners to help the people we serve thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team delivering mental health and developmental disability services.
• Monitor and evaluate services for compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and outcomes.
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with policies and standards.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate effective, individualized supports.

What We’re Looking For

• Required: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Required: LMSW licensure.
• Required: Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in mental health, developmental, or disability services.
• Required: At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in human services.
• Strong understanding of Mental Health Code and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with case management systems and electronic health records (EHR).
• Crisis intervention and conflict resolution expertise.
• Knowledge of local community resources and supports.
